This is fascinating, and another example of how Zappos is a company that so completely gets it. I haven’t spoken with ANYONE who has dealt with Zappos that doesn’t think it’s the best company ever.
People are real serious about their shoes, and providing a great customer service experience for a product that has such a high personal engagement is vital. And yet I hate shoe shopping because everyone I have to deal with is such a douche. Buy Zappos stock if it IPOs, is all I’m saying.
