This is easily the most impressive thing I’ve seen on the internet in years.
A group has entirely remade Star Wars Episode IV (A New Hope) shot for shot, with the stipulation that each person only make fifteen seconds. The changes are jarring, the style conflicts wonderful.
It’s staggering and beautiful. I love it.
I love it, too.
This is just chock full of win. Some of the clips are just beautiful (check the cross hatching at 51:40), others are hilarious (the scene where Han and Luke are pretending to be escorting Chewbacca as a prisoner, they just play Chewie roars over a picture of a Chihuahua). The collective is just shockingly great.
